- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and enhance client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company services to existing clients.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Prepare and present regular account performance reports to clients and senior management.
- Analyze account metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- 1. Education: Preferrable Bachelor’s degree in Food Biotechnology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., MBA, PMP) is a plus.
- 2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management.
- 3.Language required: English/Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia.
Skills:
- 1. Proven track record of managing client accounts and achieving sales targets.
- 2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- 3. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- 4. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
