Supplier Quality Engineer

Basic Function of the Job: The primary quality contact for PCBA supplier quality and technology. The role is responsible to monitor supplier quality performance in a regular base. Also the role is expected to develop and qualify new supplier with Procurement team. Major duties include supplier quality issue FA and RCCA follow-up, DFM review with supplier and R&D team, supplier audit and supplier performance monitor, manage supplier change, and provide technical support to suppliers. We expect the candidate to bring rich PCBA background of both process and quality. The candidate has willing to work flexible hours to accommodate worldwide facilities and suppliers in different time zones. We are looking for highly motivated individual who is a self-starter with dedication to teamwork, and strong willing to learn new things and taking more challenges. Authorities: • Authorise to approve HRMS request and WorkFlow request. • Supplier performance data upload to Supplier performance management database in Oracle. • Agile document submission and approval. Organizational Relationships: Reports to: Senior Manager, SLE Primary Location: Malaysia Job Requirements: • Education: Major in Engineering of Electronics or Communication is preferred • Experience: 4+ years of experience in PCBA engineering and supplier quality management • Extensive experience in process development, improvement and monitoring at supplier site
