Duties and Responsibilities: The role of a HR Recruitment Administrative Assistant is mainly to support the Human Resource department by creating and posting job advertisements on social sites and websites, running phone screening, schedule for interviews and organizing interviews and tests with suitable and potential candidates, main role will involve creating interview questions for job candidates. Handle recruitment process. Sourcing of suitable candidates vi job ads, social media as well as referrals. Scree resumes, shortlist and select the right candidates for the available position. Responsible for screening, scheduling of interviews. Should be a good, productive team player. Academic Qualification(s): Candidate are require to have at least Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Admin/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Human Resource or any related field. Work Experience Requirement(s): Candidate are required to have experience with full cycle recruiting. Have Background as a Recruitment Assistant or other recruiting related role. Have familirarity with hiring practices and stages. Experience using social networks for recruiting.
