POSITION Senior Executive, Sales (Retail) POSTION OVERVIEW Senior Executive, Retail Sales is responsible for route planning, outlet audits, order generation, and achieving sales targets. This role includes forecasting, ensuring distribution standards, executing trade programs, and maintaining customer relationships. ABOUT OUR COMPANY Johnsonville is a prominent processed meat company based in Wisconsin, USA, producing a variety of products, including sausages and meatballs, for global markets. Since acquiring PrimaBaguz in 2020, we have expanded our presence in Southeast Asia, enhancing our offerings of halal meat products. Established in 1987, PrimaBaguz provides over 100 high-quality halal food items, primarily serving foodservice clients like quick-service restaurants and catering services. Recently, on October 26, 2023, PrimaBaguz Group acquired Gourmessa Sdn Bhd, known for its premium no mechanical deboned meat products under the GOURMESSA brand, solidifying its position in leading retail markets nationwide. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Route Planning & Outlet Visit - Visit and audit Retail outlet on Product Availability, Program Execution, Product Merchandising & Distributor Execution. - Joint Sales Call with Distributor Sales Team. 2. Order Generation & Meeting Monthly Volume Targets - Monitoring of Sales & Distribution of Distributor and perform order prompting for Distributor. - Monitor Distributor performance to ensure Distributor KPI is met. - Perform Review with Distributor on Sales Performance. 3. Forecast - Provide Rolling forecast for Retail Packs. 4. Distribution & Merchandising - Ensure Distribution and Merchandising standards is executed by Distributors. i. Product Availability, Product Visibility, Stock Weight and No OOS. - Perform Review with Distributor on execution of Merchandising Standards. 5. Program Planning & Execution - Plan and Execute Trade Programs with approval of Superior. - Plan and Execute Sampling Activation and Roadshow as per approval of Superior. - Monitor and Perform submission of Claims on time. - Perform Review of Program Effectiveness Quarterly. 6. Reporting - Monthly Sales Reporting. - Monthly Distributor Performance Reporting. - Monthly Sampling/ Promotion Activation Reporting. - Quarterly Market Intelligence Reporting. 7. Customer Relationship - Meeting Retail Buyers with Distributor to build Relationship. 8. To perform any other assigned duties from time to time. REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCES - Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Marketing/Business or equivalents with 5 years related experience. - Satisfactory working experience in FMCG Retail Sales within Modern Trade. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS - Merchandising Skills - Good product knowledge. - Computer application – MS Office. - Good communication and leadership skills. - Ability to interact well and establish good relationships at all levels.
