DCS Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: * Supervise the operation and maintenance of the DCS to ensure smooth plant processes. * Lead and mentor a team of DCS Operators, providing training and technical support. * Monitor system performance and ensure timely response to alarms and deviations. *Coordinate with engineers and maintenance teams during troubleshooting and repairs. *Maintain accurate logs and reports on system performance and activities. *Implement safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications: * Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in power plant operations with a focus on DCS. * Proven leadership skills and experience in supervising teams. * Strong technical knowledge of DCS platforms and process control systems. Preferred Skills: * Familiarity with power generation and petrochemical plant operations. *Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. *Effective communication and team management skills.
