Floor Staff (Service / Cashier / Promoter)

Summary

Based in Sunway Geo, Tuan Yuan Desserts is now seeking dedicated Floor Staff/ Service Crew to join our team. As a full-time/part-time role, you will play an important part in providing great service and ensuring the smooth operations of our Café.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Communicate effectively with customers, promoting and explaining the menu
• Taking customer orders accurately
• Provide efficient and consistent food & beverage services to the customers
• Serving food and beverages to customers promptly.
• Ensuring the areas are clean, tidy and well-stocked at all times
• Addressing customer queries, needs and concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain hygiene, sanitary, and cleanliness standards of the outlet.
• Have a strong sense of cooperation and safety awareness.
• Be able to perform all roles of service position according to SOP or any ad-hoc duties.

What we're looking for

• Preference previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role in a café/restaurant/bar/F&B setting
• Responsible, honest and possess good problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team culture
• Able to speak communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Student job

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
