About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be crucial in driving online sales and brand awareness for our e-commerce business in the Malaysian market. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels, with a strong focus on paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • A/B test different ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance.

Manage social media marketing efforts:

  • Develop and implement engaging social media strategies across relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Create high-quality content (images, videos, text) that resonates with the target audience.
  • Monitor social media conversations and engage with customers and potential customers.
  • Build and grow brand presence and online communities.

E-commerce platform management:

  • Optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee) to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
  • Manage product descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and orders.

Website and content marketing:

  • Contribute to website content strategy and development.
  • Optimize website pages for search engines (SEO).
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns.

Stay updated on industry trends:

  • Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Continuously explore new opportunities to improve campaign performance and reach target audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce and paid advertising.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
