Job Description:
As a Retail Store Assistant with us, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. You will provide attentive customer service, addressing inquiries and assisting with product selections to enhance the customer experience, and ensure the shop is well-maintained and inviting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and a friendly attitude
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing shop environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and shop goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for fashion and brands
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week
