Job Vacancy: Sales Coordinator

We’re seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team!

Job Scope:

  • Coordinate with customers to process orders and handle inquiries.
  • Prepare and manage sales-related documents like quotations and invoices.
  • Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and assist in generating reports.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Prior experience in sales coordination is a plus.

Location: Port Klang
Working Hours: 08.30am until 5.30pm
Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,000
