Role : Customer Service Advisor (Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin Language)
Working location : WFH
Working hours : 24/7 Rotational Shift (8 working hours + 1 hour break)
Working days : 5 working days, 2 off days
Salary Package : Basic RM3,425 + Travel Allowance + Language Allowance + KPI Allowance + Night Shift Allowance
Job Type : Permanent

Responsibilities :
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
Job Requirements :
- Fluent in Cantonese & English (B2 and above)
- Comfortable working in rotational shift
- Diploma and above
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience is a must.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
