Summary
To process customer’s financing applications within the stipulated TAT.
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform credit assessment and recommendations for new/appeal applications.
To check document adequacy for processing as per checklist
To ensure adherence and compliance to policies/guidelines and regulatory requirements in relation to financing processing
To check accuracy of data relevant to credit in FOS.
To check information consistency in document provided for processing
To ensure DP’s / approver are well informed of relevant facts for decision making
To adhere to escalation process for fraud / suspicious applications
To adhere to escalation process for high risk customer and connected parties applications
To educate / guide PFE to improve credit submission
To observe and to adhere to PDPA compliance in processing.
To perform ad hoc / cross functions within CFPC upon request by supervisor
Proper handling and disposal of customer’s information in the course of doing processing.
Qualification
Degree in any related discipline or equivalent experience.
Years of Experience
Fresh / With experience in related fields
Specific Skills/Knowledge and Certification Required
Excellent communication, interpersonal with good business acumen
Be an assertive and innovative team player, highly independent, committed, self-motivated, resourceful and result-oriented.
Experience of working in fast-moving business environment
Ability to multi-task, highly numerate with great attention to detail.
