Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in office administration. Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management:
- Answering phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner.
- Maintaining office supplies and ensuring office equipment is functional.
- Managing office schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives and staff.
- Assisting with filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Communication and Correspondence:
- Drafting, editing, and distributing internal and external communications.
- Responding to customer inquiries and directing them to appropriate staff members.
- Coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Record Keeping and Reporting:
- Maintaining and organizing office records and files.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
- Handling confidential information with care and discretion.
- Support to Teams:
- Assisting other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Managing small projects and supporting various team members.
- Contributing to the efficiency and daily operations of the office.
- Miscellaneous Tasks:
- Supporting the HR department with basic tasks such as onboarding new staff.
- Ensuring office space remains organized and well-maintained.
- Coordinating with external vendors for office supplies and services.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- A high school diploma is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience:
- No prior professional experience is required—this is an entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates.
- Any relevant internships, volunteer work, or coursework related to office administration is a plus.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
