*ADMIN EXECUTIVE* We are looking for young talent on the position of Admin Executive. Responsibilities; • Act as the point of contact between internal, guests & owners. • Provide administrative support to the sales team & customer services, including but not limited to, data entry, filing, and document management. • Coordinate, schedule and follow up the requirement of guests & owners such as maintenance & complaints. • Responsible for administrative related works. • Preparation of regularly scheduled reports • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. • Respond to owner inquiries and provide information. • Provide support & assistance to the digital media team. • To undertake any other any other assignments and duties as assigned by superior from time to time. Requirements; • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / STPM Graduates / College Graduates • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. • Candidate with experience of digital advertising such as Facebook Advertising and social marketing is added advantage. • Motivated and fast learner • Mature, responsible, and willing to work in team • Outstanding writing and communication skills • Able to work independent and with minimum supervision • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Photoshop • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Packages include • EPS SOCSO EIS • Training is provided. • 6 days work • Staff discount/rate on all company rental property * Located BANGSAR SOUTH, KL

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
