1. MARKETING & CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Working Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Bandar Sultan Suleiman, Klang
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and update quotation
- Checking rate and costing as required
- Serves and meeting customers booking
- To existing and establish new account
- To monitor marketing information pricing
- To assist and follow up customer service team booking and others
- Arrange booking as per required by customer
- To provide weekly booking and sales report
- To update daily costing as per customer service team booking
- Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein and/or other functions which are logical assignments to the position
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Have previous experience in the same industry is preferable
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, mature, dedicated, and responsible.
- Must be able to meet deadline and willing to work under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
* Working Hours : Mon - Fri ( 0830 - 1700 ), Sat ( 0830 - 1230 )
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Supplemental Pay:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pelabuhan Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
