Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions and will work closely and consultatively with stakeholders to review, strategize, plan, and execute all initiatives for our employees and the organization.

As a leader overseeing human resources at the company, you are expected to stay current on industry trends and best practices and propose new initiatives for the betterment of the workforce and the organization. The scope of work will include, but is not limited to:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Human Resources Management strategies aligned with the business objectives
  • Direct the planning, budgeting, development, implementation and administration of human resources functions within the employee lifecycle with a focus on manpower planning, resource and talent attraction and retention, employee communications, engagement and relations, performance management, career development and exit management.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, practices and statutory guidelines and deep dive for HR solutions.
  • Responsible for managing learning and development, performance management and talent management.
  • Responsible for end-to-end training management and administration, which includes facilitation of soft skills programme, training applications, HRDC claims, audits etc.
  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development solutions.
  • Design an effective organisational structure to support the organisation's business objective and growth by developing job descriptions and identifying job competencies.
  • Handle the performance management cycle, conduct communication sessions and advise employees on effective KPIs cascading and reviews.
  • Plan and implement succession planning and talent management initiatives.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks and job offer process.
  • Handle the New Employee Onboarding presentation related to HR operations and employee benefits topic and update the slide from time to time to ensure that all information shared are updated.
  • Fully responsible for administering end-to-end payroll operations and other human resources operations activities.
  • Fully responsible to resolve all payroll related matter, issues, or discrepancies.
  • Responsible for group medical/insurance enrolment, termination and claim dispute.
  • Process payroll, employee benefits related invoices and ensure all paid in timely manner to avoid any interruption on the services.
  • Preparing necessary monthly reports.
  • Responsible for all aspects of foreign worker recruitment, training, permit applications or renewals, hostel management, payroll, and foreign worker documentation and processes by coordinating with the relevant government agencies.
  • Involved in other ad-hoc matters or projects assigned from time to time.
  • Supervise, coach and develop the HR team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
