Job Description

  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records & Stock Take
  • Handling of all administrative works which would include report, invoicing, stocks controls.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal team.
  • Perform regular stock checks and audits.
  • Record any discrepancies in inventory and report to supervisor.
  • Assist in receiving incoming goods, checking them against the purchase orders.
  • Prepare and process orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy of details.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatch and delivery of shipments.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documents, bill of lading and other required paperwork.
  • Provide support to the warehouse team when needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or diploma and above.
  • Min 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within the warehouse clerk operations is beneficial.
  • Experience with data entry, document management, and customer service is valuable.
  • Able to identify and resolve issues related to delivery orders, invoices, and warehouse operations.
  • Administrative Skills: Proficiency in data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Experience with software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar programs.
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
