Beautician / Beauty Therapist

Location: Pelangi, Johor

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, masks, and massages.
• Conduct detailed skin analyses to understand clients' skin types and concerns.
• Develop personalized skincare plans and recommend suitable products and services.
• Provide specialized treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or LED light therapy.
• Educate clients on skincare routines and tips for maintaining healthy skin.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all facial tools, equipment, and treatment areas.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
• Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques.
• Promote facial treatment packages and products to clients.

Requirements

• Certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
• Specialized training in facial treatments is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a Beautician specializing in facial treatments.
• Expertise in skincare techniques and product knowledge.
• Excellent consultation and communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide a soothing client experience.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized treatment area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
