  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • 3 days in-office (Weekdays)
  • 2 days WFH (Weekends)

Work Hours: 5-day workweek (including weekend shifts), 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect and validate seller information, including identity documents, business registration details, and other essential documents to ensure KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance.
  • Perform in-depth due diligence to evaluate sellers' integrity and reputation, including background checks, financial statement reviews, and ownership structure analysis.
  • Identify and address potential risks and red flags in a timely manner.
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries related to seller KYC matters, ensuring clarity and resolution of issues.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Experience in Fraud Prevention, Customer Service, or Operations Support (Logistics, Dispute Handling, R&R) is highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Basic Salary : RM 1,700.00
  • Attendance Incentive : RM 300.00
  • Performance-Based KPI : RM 400.00
  • Travel Allowance : RM 100.00

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs
