Job Responsibilities:
- Update daily stock and notify relevant teams of low inventory.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse.
- Address inquiries from sales reps, drivers, and customers; resolve issues as needed.
- Ensure timely delivery by drivers and track their performance.
- Assist walk-in customers and inspect returned stock for damage.
- Manage driver claims and collect cash payments, verifying all transactions.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma or Degree.
- Social media posting.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Able to speak & write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Working Location:
- Seksyen 16, Shah Alam
