RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide operational support and handle all administrative tasks for sales team.
- Assist in data collection and maintenance.
- Prepare relevant reports, update required data, documents (DO copy) filling and provide recommendations as and when needed.
- Receive and acknowledge customer Purchase Order (PO).
- Monitor and manage stock availability closely to prevent insufficient stock.
- Work closely with other parties both external and internal to ensure customer orders are fulfilled.
- Check and verify transport bills are correct before submitting to accounts for payment.
- Work with finance, marketing, technical, product teams to solve the problem in daily work.
- Provide data for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the superior & the Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Certificate or Diploma in any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates to be considered for entry level.
- Preferably Mandarin speaking candidate, as the role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Organized personality and with good analytical skill.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
