RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide operational support and handle all administrative tasks for sales team.
  • Assist in data collection and maintenance.
  • Prepare relevant reports, update required data, documents (DO copy) filling and provide recommendations as and when needed.
  • Receive and acknowledge customer Purchase Order (PO).
  • Monitor and manage stock availability closely to prevent insufficient stock.
  • Work closely with other parties both external and internal to ensure customer orders are fulfilled.
  • Check and verify transport bills are correct before submitting to accounts for payment.
  • Work with finance, marketing, technical, product teams to solve the problem in daily work.
  • Provide data for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time by the superior & the Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Certificate or Diploma in any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh graduates to be considered for entry level.
  • Preferably Mandarin speaking candidate, as the role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Organized personality and with good analytical skill.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
