Storekeeper cum Purchasing

Position: Storekeeper cum Purchasing

Location: First Plan Sdn Bhd- KKIP, KOTA KINABALU, SABAH

Job Description:

• Ensure accuracy of the inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
• Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
• Manage supplier relations and database as well as maintain high ethical relationships both internally and externally
• Search and purchase the parts with the reasonable cost which requested by operation departments
• Other related ad-hoc works as assigned

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Store Management, Supply Chain, or a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
• Basic understanding of purchasing processes and supply chain management.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to manage stock and handle occasional lifting.
