Job Summary:
The E-Commerce Assistant will support BACFREE’s online sales operations by managing e-commerce platforms, optimizing product listings, ensuring seamless order processing, and coordinating delivery arrangements. This role focuses on maintaining the company’s online presence, improving customer experience, and driving revenue growth through digital channels. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle fulfillment and delivery logistics effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-Commerce Platform Sales Report:
· Key in daiky sales figure & product sold
2. Order Fulfillment & Delivery Coordination:
· Process incoming orders, ensuring timely packaging and dispatch.
· Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to monitor inventory levels and stock readiness.
· Arrange delivery schedules, including courier bookings and tracking, ensuring on-time delivery.
· Verify shipping details and update customers with delivery tracking information.
· Address delivery-related issues such as delays, damaged products, or returns, providing quick resolutions to customers.
· Maintain proper records of dispatch notes, invoices, and delivery confirmations.
3. Customer Support & Service:
· Provide customer service support through online chat, whatsapp chat, email, and reviews, ensuring all inquiries and complaints are addressed promptly and professionally.
· Handle return and refund requests, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
· Diploma in E-Commerce, Marketing, Advertising, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
· 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, or logistics operations.
· Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
· Experience in order fulfillment and logistics management is an added advantage.
