  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Duties & Responsibilities :

1. Responsible to attend breakdown for HVAC Systems (1st level respond).

2. Ensure all complaints and breakdowns are attended to on time.

3. Responsible to assist/monitor outsource contractor for HVAC systems to perform plan preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance & etc.

4. Responsible for cleanliness of the facility store & HVAC plant room.

5. Perform plan preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance & etc. for mechanical & electrical equipment

6. Responsible to take reading as per daily checklist.

7. Responsible for check an inventory of mechanical and electrical spare parts that required and updated bin card regularly.

8. To check regularly all Chiller piping systems.

9. To check regularly temperatures for certain departments.

10. To report any major breakdown, faults and defects for the equipment.

Ensure safety of all staff and visitors/customers while performing repairing or inspection works by: -

a) Maintaining departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance programs and safety standards.

b) Adhering to safety precautions whilst carrying out daily tasks to avoid any accidents/injury.

c) Attending safety and health talks through briefings and trainings as and when required.

Qualification :

Minimum SPM

Skills & experience required :

Preferably with experience in painting & plumbing

At least 1 year of working experience in healthcare industry or others relevant industry

Other additional requirements :

Recognized diploma in relevant field is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
