We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to grow Ventamin into a regional and global champion.

Your Role

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with:

· Dr. Ingky, a macro-influencer and industry leader with a combined social media following of 2 million in the skincare and health sectors. His expertise in social media marketing and business mentorships make him an invaluable mentor and collaborator.

· Geraldyn, a co-founder and marketing expert, who has spearheaded the branding and marketing behind Ventamin’s innovative product and value offerings. She has the experience and expertise in managing more than RM5million in total advertising spend across Meta, Tik Tok and Google advertising platform.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing all the digital marketing efforts to achieve the company goal.

· Responsible for the brand, brand communication plans, brand calendar, and brand performance.

· Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google platforms (and other platforms) to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

· Plan and optimize media buying strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS), ATC rate, and Conversion rate.

· Lead in ad creative production by collaborate with internal departments, including video, design, and content teams, to conceptualize and produce compelling ad creatives and to ensure successful implementation of ad campaigns

· Manage ad budgets and ensure campaign spending aligns with the company’s performance targets.

· Collaborate with internal departments and manage external agencies to ensure successful execution and delivery of new and ongoing initiatives (e.g., promotional campaigns, promotional materials, social media, performance marketing, SEO, website, etc.)

· Stay informed of industry trends, conduct market research, analyze competitors and analyze consumer satisfaction and feedback data, and make recommendations as necessary.

· Any related ad hoc task

Ideal Candidate:

· Demonstrated experience in branding and digital marketing strategy and execution

· Skilled in performance analysis and optimization

· Creative and data-driven, with a passion for collaborating with visionary leaders to bring innovative ideas to life.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
