Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees and teas, in line with company standards.
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders with precision and care.
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and personalizing drinks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, equipment, and dining areas.
- Assist with restocking supplies and ingredients as necessary.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for team members and customers.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and efficient workflow.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
