Plan, organize, and moderate professional webinars, including “Continuous Medical Education (CME)” monthly and “Continuous Nursing Education (CNE)” quarterly.

Maintain and update the GP database with accurate and timely data entry.
Foster strong relationships with GPs through quality interactions and thoughtful gestures like festive gifts.
Serve as the GP Liaison Helpdesk, responding promptly and professionally during working hours and urgent cases on non-working days.
Monitor and analyze monthly revenue performance.
