  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team of room attendants and ensure we provide excellent level of cleanliness and on brand standardized room/villa setup.

  • Train housekeeping maid on cleaning and daily tasks
  • Oversee staff on a daily basis
  • Check rooms/villa
  • Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
  • Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
  • Respond to customer complaints and special requests
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning chemicals, room amenities and linens
  • Participate in large cleaning projects as required
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas

Requirements and skills:

  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with cleaning and brand standards for luxury property
  • Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
  • Excellent organizational and team management skills
  • Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma and ability to speak/understand basic English is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
