Job description
· Manage full set of financial accounts including AR, AP, GL and Cashflow
· Prepare payment vouchers, cheques and payroll
· Prepare quarterly GST report and submission
· Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
· Liaise with various subcons and clients with regards to financial matters
· Prepare monthly financial statements and cashflow statements for management
· To perform HR duties and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting or similar field
· Min 1 to 2 year of experience handling full set of financial account is preferred
· Required Skill(s): Quickbooks,MYOB, MS Office
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
