JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary ecommerce manager to elevate our company's ecommerce operations. The ideal candidate will manage the entire ecommerce ecosystem including platforms, team, products and revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
PLATFORM & OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:
- MANAGE ALL ECOMMERCE PLATFORMS (FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, SHOPEE, LAZADA, TIKTOK SHOP) AND COMPANY WEBSITE
- ENSURE SEAMLESS INTEGRATION BETWEEN ALL SALES PLATFORMS
- OPTIMIZE PRODUCT LISTINGS ACROSS PLATFORMS
- MONITOR AND RESOLVE DAILY OPERATIONAL ISSUES
- MANAGE INVENTORY AND ENSURE STOCK SYNCHRONIZATION ACROSS PLATFORMS
- MONITOR DELIVERY PERFORMANCE AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
STRATEGY & GROWTH:
- DEVELOP ANNUAL ECOMMERCE ROADMAP AND MONTHLY ACTION PLANS
- IDENTIFY NEW GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES
- ANALYZE MARKET TRENDS AND COMPETITOR ACTIVITIES
- PLAN PRICING AND PROMOTIONAL STRATEGIES
- DEVELOP CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAMS
- RECOMMEND PRODUCT IMPROVEMENTS BASED ON MARKET FEEDBACK
MARKETING MANAGEMENT:
- PLAN ECOMMERCE MARKETING CALENDAR
- COORDINATE MARKETING CAMPAIGNS WITH DIGITAL MARKETING TEAM
- OPTIMIZE ADVERTISING STRATEGY FOR EACH PLATFORM
- ENSURE BRAND CONSISTENCY ACROSS ALL PLATFORMS
- MANAGE MARKETING BUDGET AND ROI
- DEVELOP ENGAGING CONTENT STRATEGIES
TEAM MANAGEMENT:
- LEAD THE ECOMMERCE TEAM (CUSTOMER SERVICE, CONTENT, OPERATIONS)
- SET INDIVIDUAL AND TEAM KPIS
- PROVIDE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT TO TEAM MEMBERS
- CONDUCT REGULAR PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS
- MANAGE TEAM SCHEDULES AND ASSIGNMENTS
- ENSURE EFFECTIVE TEAM COMMUNICATION
INTERNATIONAL MARKET EXPANSION:
