- Responsible for HR recruitment process, review and shortlist candidates for interviews, arrangement and reference checks to assess candidates’ suitability.
- Responsible for monthly payroll closing, statutory payment within payout target and complete proper filling for the monthly transactions diligently.
- Set up HR process and implement HR practices.
- Administer HR matters including benefits, claims, leave, work pass matters, insurance, and maintenance of employee data.
- Organize company functions like conducting seminars and training.
- Familiar with Employment Act 1955.
- Familiar with Foreign Worker Management.

- Diploma in HR related fields or with 2 to 3 years of HR related experiences
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Able to work under minimal supervision
