Job Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, listen to their concerns, and document the details of their vehicle’s service needs.
Provide accurate service recommendations and explain technical issues to customers.
Prepare service estimates and obtain customer approval for repairs and maintenance services.
Collaborate with service technicians to assess vehicle issues and monitor the progress of repairs.
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle throughout the service process, including delays, additional repairs, or changes in cost.
Recommend additional products and services such as warranties, fluid changes, or parts replacement.
Address customer concerns and resolve any issues regarding service, quality, or costs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Create and finalize invoices, process payments, and provide customers with a clear breakdown of services performed.
Maintain accurate service records and document all customer interactions in the company’s system.

Skills & Qualifications:

At least 1 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive role.
Good understanding of vehicle systems, repairs, and maintenance.
Good communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude with customers.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
