· Responsible for daily operations of the outpatient clinic, treatment rooms, and day-ward.
· To assist the doctors in their clinics.
· Provide initial patient consultation, evaluation, and treatment.
· Preparation of patients for clinical procedures.
· Provide patient counseling and education on pertinent health issues.
· Perform the role of liaison for doctors and other staff to ensure quality medical care and address issues for improvement.
· Provide nursing cover for OT, Counselling or Medication area.
· To ensure high safety and ethical practice standards.
· Maintaining excellent patient care and feedback mechanism.
· Organize, file, and maintain health information in a confidential manner.
· To participate and contribute to the marketing and expansion activities of the centre as the need arises.
· Assisting fellow colleagues and performing any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director or management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
