HLB is embarking on a comprehensive multi-year regional organizational transformational journey encompassing products, channels and services across regional markets. We are looking for talents as an Assistant Manager , Operational Excellence and the successful candidate's main responsibility involves business transformation, strategy development, process improvement and project implementation to lead business transformation. The Assistant Manager, Operational Excellence will report to the Head of Operational Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth studies through quantitative analysis to develop solutions of business cases on organization wide strategic direction into actionable and executable initiatives.
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders and management regarding progress, issues, plans of resolution and build strong working relationships with business partners from diverse functions.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly business reporting to senior management and support planning management of organizational activities, including performing analyses, developing project management plans and driving execution.
• Manage the operations dashboard to track key metrics and identify opportunities for improvement based on leverage data in a timely manner from multiple stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen

• Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree holder and above in any related qualifications with at least 5 years working experience in process improvement, project/program management, operational excellence or finance/banking operations.
• Experienced management consulting, process re-engineering (LEAN, Six Sigma) or project management are preferable.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with competent in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment with diverse cultures, analytical thinker and creative problem solver.
