IMMEDIATE HIRING - Customer Service Representative (Inbound and Outbound)
Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:
- Service Australian market/accounts
- Contact clients with overdue accounts via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improving collection rates
- Assess clients' financial situations and negotiate payment arrangements
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and payment agreements in our database
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding debt collection
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships with clients
Qualification
- Previous experience in debt collection, customer service, or a related field is preferred
- A committed individual, fast learner & willing to learn
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work collectively in a team
- Able to work under pressure & minimal supervision
- Excellent command of English language
Benefits:
- Basic: RM 2,000.00 - RM 2,500.00 depending on experience
