IMMEDIATE HIRING - Customer Service Representative (Inbound and Outbound)

Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:

  • Service Australian market/accounts
  • Contact clients with overdue accounts via phone, email, and written correspondence
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improving collection rates
  • Assess clients' financial situations and negotiate payment arrangements
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and payment agreements in our database
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding debt collection
  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships with clients

Qualification

  • Previous experience in debt collection, customer service, or a related field is preferred
  • A committed individual, fast learner & willing to learn
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work collectively in a team
  • Able to work under pressure & minimal supervision
  • Excellent command of English language

Benefits:

  • Basic: RM 2,000.00 - RM 2,500.00 depending on experience
