Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Indian Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to distribute promotional content, advertisements, and videos across social media platforms.
- Oversee the scheduling, posting, and monitoring of content to ensure timely delivery and engagement.
- Manage KOL relationships, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals.
- Track performance metrics (views, likes, shares, comments) to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content is tailored to the target audience and platform requirements.
- Assist in the development of social media strategies to grow the brand's presence and engagement.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and suggest areas for optimization.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing and KOL collaborations.
Requirements:
- Education: A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: Previous experience in social media management, marketing, or working with influencers/KOLs is a plus but not required.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- A passion for social media trends and influencer marketing.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools and social media analytics platforms.
- Basic video editing skills and understanding of creative content formats.
- Knowledge of the Indian market and consumer behavior.
