Outlet Retails Sales Associate

1) As official representative of the Company, incumbent must consistently welcome and advise customers, responding to questions, always improving and providing excellent customer service.

2) Improving in store sales and ensuring achievement of established goals and targets. To assist and support all sales promotion, customer loyalty and corporate communication activities.

3) Able to operate Point of Sales cash registers, online payments and points collection machines, managing financial transactions and balancing drawers.

4) Constantly improving and learning. Acquiring all necessary skills and superior knowledge of products, cross selling and introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.

5) Maintaining an orderly professional appearance throughout the sales floor. Assist in cleaning chores, provide proper merchandise presentation and ensure stocks are well replenished.

6) Always motivated, maintain high integrity and enthusiasm, always able to work as a team member and follow instructions from team leaders.

Required Skills

1) SPM Holder, Under-Graduate and Fresh Graduate and those who are passionate about customer service are encouraged to apply.

2) Incumbent must also be able and willing to work on shifts, having rest days on weekday and be prepared to work on holidays or anytime required.

3) Friendly, have a polite and helpful disposition, with plenty of patience. A strong practitioner of Leadership by example.

4) Good in numbers, have a sense of tidiness and appreciates and able to maintain orderliness and neatness in his/her work and workplace.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
