Job Overview:
We are looking for a Fleet and Logistics Manager to oversee in-house truck operations and ensure timely, efficient deliveries. The role involves managing truck fleet schedules, routes, and maintenance, while optimizing delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily truck fleet operations, including route planning and vehicle maintenance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate deliveries by coordinating with warehouse teams.
  • Monitor and improve truck performance, fuel efficiency, and delivery workflows.
  • Maintain accurate records of truck operations, deliveries, and maintenance.
  • Lead and supervise drivers, ensuring safety and compliance with delivery schedules.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in fleet and logistics management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership experience managing truck fleets and logistics teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
