1. Provide general administrative and clerical support and handle administrative requests from the management.
2. Responsible for creating purchase order and ensure stock are at healthy level.
3. Assist in receiving products delivered to the store/warehouse by suppliers (physically & system).
4. Verify expiry date, quantity and quality of goods during receiving.
5. Ensure product receive for expiry date not less than 6 months.
6. Verify & ensure product receive in correct quantity and quality as per company specifications.
7. Ensure physical product receive tally with Invoice / DO / PO.
8. Monitor stock levels and prepare inventory reports to avoid shortages or overstocking.
9. Coordinate with other departments, outlets or projects when needed.
10. Stay up to date on industry trends and new products.
11. Ensure accurate data entry and update purchasing records in the system.
12. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
13. Request quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure best-value procurement.
14. Develop and maintain filing system according to ISO.
15. Maintain product orderliness and store/warehouse cleanliness on daily basis.
16. Monitor supplier performance and resolve any related issues.
17. Follow all JAKIM food safety, hygiene, and safety regulations.
18. Assist in maintaining records for JAKIM, food safety, hygiene, and safety regulations for products where applicable.
19. Report any potential hazards or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
20. Maintain high ethical relationships both internally and externally.
21. Responsible to any ad hoc task from time to time by superior.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
