KEY TASK

  • Responsible for managing and leading all areas of the Front Office Reception, Concierge, and Operator
  • Oversees room reservations, room systems, Communication Center, Gymnasium, door lockset & safe box system and Safety & Security matters
  • Revenue and occupancy strategy thinking
  • Set, maintain, and improve departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, hotel policies and procedure
  • Monitor and supervise department compliance with SOP implementation
  • Develop, implement, and monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and annual department-wide budgets and forecasts
  • Provide leadership, and guidance to the Front Office team, ensuring consistent quality services. Keep employees focused on driving guest satisfaction and enhancing desired financial results
  • Review room inventory and suggest actions for room control
  • Compile and prepare reports.
  • Recruit, manage, train, and develop the Front Office team.
  • Perform Front Desk duties when necessary

REQUIREMENT

  • Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality studies or Business Administration.
  • Preferred at least 3 years of experience in the same roles within the hotel industry
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experiences in conducting internal department training, coaching, and counseling
  • Proficiency in basic HR Management Systems, and Microsoft Office, internal ordering systems.
  • Familiar with hospitality POS systems; preferred IDB
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa, speaking and writing (Mandarin speaking is a plus point)
