  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Tele Sales Executive (Inbound)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.
  • Record and update customer interactions and information in the database.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

Requirement:

  • Mandarin-speaking (3 HC)
  • Must be able to speak and write Mandarin with decent English (no fluency is required)
  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience

Max Salary: RM 3500
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Interview Process: 1 round, including a written assessment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
