Job Title: Telemarketing Executive
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Reports To: Head of Operations
Type: Full-Time
Salary: RM 1,600.00 - RM 4,000.00 ( Including Commission)
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and promoting our services to meet sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, enjoys communicating with others, and is motivated by achieving performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases to introduce services.
- Lead Generation: Qualify leads based on customer needs and interest, providing detailed service information.
- Sales Conversion: Persuasively sell products or services over the phone, aiming to close sales or schedule follow-up appointments.
- Customer Relationship Building: Establish positive customer relationships by understanding needs and addressing concerns.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
- Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the marketing or product team.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations while conducting calls.
- Team Collaboration: Work with other team members to share best practices and improve overall team performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence customers.
- Sales Acumen: A strong desire to meet sales targets and generate revenue.
- Goal-Oriented: Motivated by achieving personal and team performance goals.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and other telemarketing tools.
- Positive Attitude: Friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic with a strong desire to succeed.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Educational Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in outbound telemarketing or sales positions.
- Familiarity with lead-generation techniques and sales strategies.
