a) To ensure day-to-day claims entry are processed in compliance with relevant SOP to reduce the risk of legal and financial repercussions.
b) Consult, coordinating and liaison with inter department/branch/insurer to ensure a claim ase is close within reasonable period
c) Preparation of notification letter to claimant on status and findings of their cases as and when needed.
d) Preparation of offer letter to claimant for all approved case within reasonable period
e) Preparation of credit note to internal department for all accepted case within reasonable period
f) Maintain and oversee the systematic storage of evidences such as letters, photos, invoices and other necessary supporting documentations.
g) Communicate with claimants about their claims status, payment amounts, and any other pertinent information
h) Other duties as reasonably assigned by HOD.
