Cleaner

Job description: • Clean building floors, swimming pool areas, roof garden, parking areas, lift lobbies, refuse rooms, playground, hall, praying rooms, gym room, lifts, hallways, entrances, staircases, and other common areas by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming them. • Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges and squeegees. • Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to the floors and fixtures. • Gather and empty trash every floor. Wash the interior and exterior of the bins thoroughly with soap and water. • Remove cobwebs from ceilings, walls, and other areas • Wiping and sanitize down frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs, handrails, and elevator buttons for hygiene. • Service, clean and supply restrooms. • Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors. • Work alongside other cleaner to complete sizeable jobs in cooperate. • Requisition of supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. • Notify management office concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. • Carry out cleaning work in any common areas in the building as directed by the management office from time to time. Job requirements:  Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School in any field.  At least 1 year of working experience as cleaner would be an added advantage.  Highly motivated, sense of urgency, good observation skills, physically fit and committed.  Possess good working attitude, punctual and good health condition.
