Job Description:

  • Supporting in Sales for quotation preparation
  • Supporting in Sales report and analysis for customer shipment performed
  • Month end closing support for sales such as billing, statement of account, etc for key account customers.
  • Coordinate and follow up with Customer Service if any operation and billing issue feedback from customer

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Airline Operation/Airport Management, Logistic/Transportation, Maritime Studies, or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office.
  • At least 1- 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficient in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Applicant shall be able to speak in Mandarin as needed to attend to customer inquiries from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
  • Applicant must be willing to work at Bayan Lepas.
  • Full-Time positions available.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
