Job Description:
- Supporting in Sales for quotation preparation
- Supporting in Sales report and analysis for customer shipment performed
- Month end closing support for sales such as billing, statement of account, etc for key account customers.
- Coordinate and follow up with Customer Service if any operation and billing issue feedback from customer
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Airline Operation/Airport Management, Logistic/Transportation, Maritime Studies, or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- At least 1- 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Applicant shall be able to speak in Mandarin as needed to attend to customer inquiries from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan.
- Possess excellent communication skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
- Applicant must be willing to work at Bayan Lepas.
- Full-Time positions available.
