Poly Lulu was established in 2016 as a fashion brand dedicated to empowering plus-size women with confidence and beauty. As Taiwan’s largest plus-size fashion brand with a global customer base, we are now expanding into Malaysia and other Asian markets in 2025.
Job Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce Operations:
- Oversee the full operation of Poly Lulu’s Malaysia website, including migrating content and products from the Taiwan website.
- Manage the e-commerce team to ensure the smooth functioning of the website and app.
- Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and user experience, and implement optimization strategies.
- Develop annual and quarterly sales plans to achieve online revenue and order targets.
2. Social Media and Influencer Management:
- Plan and execute campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Build relationships with local influencers and content creators to drive brand awareness.
- Analyze social media performance data and optimize strategies to increase market penetration.
3. Inventory and Logistics Management:
- Monitor inventory levels to align supply with sales demand and minimize overstock.
- Coordinate logistics and delivery to ensure timely order fulfillment and improve customer satisfaction.
4. ERP and Website Management:
- Utilize e-commerce ERP systems to streamline order processing, inventory updates, and sales reporting.
- Maintain and optimize the integration of online store platforms and third-party tools, ensuring technical stability and functionality.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, with comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of brand e-commerce.
- Experience in social media management and influencer collaborations, with a proven ability to execute effective campaigns.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
- Strong ability to devise and implement sales strategies, with analytical skills for interpreting sales and marketing data.
- Excellent team management skills to motivate and lead the team to achieve goals.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin for effective communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the fashion or apparel e-commerce industry.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, digital advertising, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Participation in e-commerce system setup or upgrade projects.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,800.00 - RM13,500.00 per month
