Job Descriptions:

  • Lead the growth of our business in Malaysia, Taiwan, Indonesia, and Vietnam, with one Country Manager assigned to each country, all based in Malaysia but required to travel frequently to dedicated countries.
  • Develop and execute impactful strategies to achieve national sales targets, business goals, and organizational objectives.
  • Oversee and manage country-wide operational costs, ensuring alignment with the annual management plan.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities; conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Track and analyze daily operational performance, preparing detailed, timely reports for senior management.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate sales, marketing, and support teams to drive peak performance and deliver outstanding results.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing queries and resolving complaints.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and quality standards.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking engagements.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred); minimum Diploma accepted.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within multi-level marketing (MLM) or direct sales industries.
  • Strong understanding of MLM business models, market dynamics, and growth strategies.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin; additional languages are a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Pleasant demeanor, well-groomed, responsible, and self-motivated.
  • Proven ability to multitask, manage complex operations, and work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
