As a Clinic Assistant at our prestigious aesthetic clinic, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer care and support to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our clients. You will work closely with medical staff and support the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Clinic Customer Support
- Assist medical staff with procedures, treatments, and examinations as needed.

- Greet customers, assist with check-in procedures, and ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for all clients.
- Manage customer appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including treatment histories, treatment plans, and billing information.
- Monitor and maintain clinic supplies, including ordering stock and ensuring proper inventory levels.
- Provide customer with information on treatments, procedures, and post-care instructions.
- Process customer payments, handle billing inquiries, and coordinate with insurance providers when necessary.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization within the clinic, including maintaining a sanitary environment and sterilizing equipment.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure customer confidentiality and safety.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
- SPM, Diploma or equivalent; certification in medical assisting is a plus.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or aesthetic clinic setting is preferred.
- Immediate availability is added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
