  • Administrative Support:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Calendar & Travel Management:Organize and maintain the Director’s calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Document Preparation:Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Meeting Coordination:Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.

  • Task Prioritization:Manage the Director’s tasks and priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Event Planning:Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, conferences, and team activities as needed.
  • Research & Reporting:Conduct research and gather information for reports, presentations, or decision-making purposes.
  • File & Record Management:Maintain organized records and files, ensuring easy access and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Ad-hoc Duties:Handle any other tasks or projects assigned by the Director.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in other languages is a plus).
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work extended hours if necessary.
  • A proactive and professional demeanor with a keen eye for detail.
