Inventory Management:Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring proper tracking of stock in and out of the store.
Stock Receiving & Inspection:Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quality and quantity, and ensure items meet purchase specifications.
Stock Organization:Organize and store items systematically to optimize space and facilitate easy retrieval.
Issuance of Stock:Prepare and issue stock to departments or customers based on approved requisitions.
Reorder Management:Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to reorder items when necessary to avoid shortages.
Documentation:Maintain proper documentation, including receipts, delivery notes, and inventory logs.
Safety Compliance:Ensure the storage area complies with safety standards, and handle items in a manner that prevents damage or accidents.
Cycle Counts & Audits:Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in periodic audits to verify inventory accuracy.
Coordination with Teams:Communicate effectively with procurement, logistics, and other departments regarding stock availability and requirements.
Maintenance of Store Area:Keep the store clean, organized, and free from hazards.

Minimum SPM or Higher (Candidate preferable to have previous store management experience)
Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar tools).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Basic understanding of warehouse safety and handling procedures.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical ability to lift and move items, as required.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
