Joint Marketing Campaigns with National Tourism Organizations (NTOs):

  • Collaborate with NTOs to develop and implement joint marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to coordinate schedules, deliverables, and approvals for campaigns.
  • Track the performance of campaigns and provide actionable insights to improve future collaborations.

Initiation of Marketing Campaigns and Partnerships:

  • Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Identify potential partnership opportunities with complementary brands, businesses, and organizations.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate agreements, and manage the end-to-end process of partnership marketing activities.

Assistance in External Third-Party Collaborations:

  • Support the Manager in forming collaborations with third-party entities, including suppliers, service providers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination to achieve mutual marketing objectives.

Management of Internal A&P Events:

  • Assist other business unit in planning and execute company events such as Offline Destination Talks, Travel Fairs (online/offline), Members’ Day, and other promotional activities.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and high-quality deliverables for each event.
  • Develop promotional materials, coordinate advertising placements, and oversee event marketing efforts.
  • Analyze the success of events through feedback and performance metrics and propose improvements for future initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or partnerships; experience in the travel or tourism industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and event management software.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
